Kay joined Altorfer in October 2018 as an administrator and moved into the role of Head Administrator in June 2026.
She had previously worked in the insurance industry for 28 years in both reinsurance claims and claims operations management.
Kay holds the CII Life and Pensions Foundation (LF1) qualification.
